Delivery and return

– You want to make an exchange:

  1. Fill out the form indicating the products to be exchanged and the desired size.
  2. Send it to us by email at sav@bjorka.fr –

Upon receipt, we will send you the desired size with a return label.

– You wish to be reimbursed:

  1. Complete the form indicating the products to be returned.
  2. Print the form and slip it into your package with the items to be returned.
  3. Send your package by La Poste to the following address:

Please note: After-sales service requests sent to an address other than “sav@bjorka.fr” will not be processed.

Our return policy allows you to return your products new (not worn in training or washed), with the tags attached and in their original packaging, within 14 days. (Returns are chargeable and at the expense of the customer except in the event of impossibility of exchange of the product due to a shortage of stock)

– Items tried on to check the size are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygienic reasons.

– In the case of a refund, the gifts offered with the products must also be returned.
The envelopes containing the product(s) to be returned must not be stapled (risk of damage to the product and the original packaging).

– For Paypal payments: 5% of fees will be deducted from the refund

Upon receipt of your package, we will check and refund or create a credit note within an average of 5 days.
In the event of a refund request, it will be made by reverse transaction (via the payment method used during the initial order).
For a payment in installments, the amount is deducted from the last direct debit.

Our return policy allows you to return your new products. (To be paid by the customer between €7 and €12 by colissimo).
Returns are offered only for a request for a credit note or size problem, for the following countries:
Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Sweden, Slovenia,

  • France area: Andorra, France, Monaco

Björka delivers to your home by colissimo with a financial contribution to the shipping costs of 4,99€.

  • Zone 1: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Saint-Martin (Dutch part)

  • Zone 2: Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Latvia and 4 other regions

  • Rest of the world

Björka delivers to your home by colissimo with a financial contribution to the shipping costs of 24,99€.

Orders placed before 12 noon are generally processed the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery time generally observed is 48 to 72 hours for home delivery, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once validated, we generally cannot modify the delivery address of an order.
However, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible, we will endeavor to make the modification as far as possible.

No address changes can be made once your order leaves our warehouse. You can place a new one with a different address and contact us to request the return of the original order.

Secure payment

Björka offers you different payment methods. All of these payment methods are secure and free of charge:

Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, Credit Cards, etc.)

Payment in 2X 3X 4X free of charge by credit card in France and Belgium

PayPal

A credit note is generally obtained following a product return and can be used for 1 year from its creation date.
Once we have received your return order and the return document is completed, we will send you by e-mail a credit code for the value of your purchase.

During use, if your credit note is less than the total amount of your order (shipping costs included), you can place an order by completing the amount by credit card or PayPal.

If the payment of your order is refused, the refusal does not come from our site but from your bank.
We advise you to contact this one in order to be able to unblock any restrictions.

Payments are checked with 3DS systems (Visa and Mastercard). Cards that are not equipped with this system may be refused. If in doubt about your card, we advise you to contact your bank.

Payments made on the Bjorka.fr site are 100 % secure. You can order with confidence.

You can register by clicking on the symbol representing a man at the top of the page on the top right of the homepage or click here.

To delete your account, send a message to contact@bjorka.fr. Our IT teams are currently working on developing an option to unsubscribe from your account.

Click on the "man" at the top right of your window, then "connection" and finally "forgotten password". Then enter your email address. An email will then be sent to you to reset your new password.

Privacy

No third party outside of Björka will have access to your personal data in order to advertise to you if you uncheck.

The standard protocol for encryption and authentication (SSL) allows us to guarantee the security of your personal data.

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our website uses cookies and informs users with a menu displayed at the top of the page. In accordance with the directive, the final decision to accept cookies or not is entirely at the discretion of users.

Custom made

We regularly collaborate with clubs, associations or groups of cyclists to design tailor-made outfits that reflect their image and values while offering a unique design. Our personalized outfits allow our customers to stand out with elegance while guaranteeing optimal performance and absolute comfort, the result of many years of research.

To access our made-to-measure service, go to the menu bar and select the option “Custom made“. In order to ensure the precision and accuracy of our proposals, it is crucial that you provide us with detailed information about your project.

Absolutely, once you have accepted our quote, we are ready to discuss the payment terms that best suit your order, including volume, delivery and any other parameters you wish to discuss with your dedicated contact.
